Where we spend our Wednesdays - Yes, we eat INSIDE?!
Ever since Grant arrived, Wednesday afternoons have become a play date for Connor and Mommy. We are so fortunate to have Cari on Wednesdays, so it gives me the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with Connor ( which I think is really important.)
So, we have started a Wednesday ritual that starts with lunch at none other than "Uncledonalds" followed by a trip to the park, and finished with a visit to "Targets House." Pretty good date huh.
The beautiful thing is that McDonald's has been going through a renovation ever since we started our weekly dates, so we find ourselves sitting in McDonald's (the ONLY ones eating inside, by the way) with construction all around us - Needless to say, Connor is in heaven, and I love the time with him, our conversations (when I can hear him over the jack hammering) and how he looks forward to his Wednesdays with Mommy!
