It was a month of MILESTONES for our little g- dubby. In the last 30 days, Grant manged to sit up on his own, have his first taste of baby food, tried Puffs, avocado and continues to try to crawl. He seems to be a bit impatient ( I wonder where that comes from) and will get very frustrated if he's kicking his feet, but not going anywhere. But he is so close.
He also came along to a few birthday parties this month, took a dip in the jacuzzi and now is the proud owner of the infamous "red car" -- Both my boys seem to absolutely love that car (another item that is worth it's weight in gold!), and he spends quite a bit of time gnawing on the steering wheel. Speaking of gnawing on things, there are still no signs of teeth?!
Oh, and Grant is officially HUGE -- He has completely bypassed the 6 month clothes, and moved right to the 12 month ones. And the rolls on this boy... To die for. Just love them.
Though these are a month over due. His 6 month measurements:
Weight: 18 pounds
Height: 26 1/2 inches
Head circumference: 45 centimeters
Grant, you are starting to show signs that you will be a very strong willed boy and you are very determined. Your giggles, big smiles and that "look at me!" face is priceless. You love to cuddle with Mama after your morning and evening bottles, and I cherish every moment. You have the most endearing eyes, and I can safely say that Connor is your favorite person to date -- He can do no wrong in your eyes. I realized the other night after I put you into 18 MONTH jammies that this is all going way to quickly. We are trying to soak it all up... We love you more and more everyday. Kisses Dubby.
