Grant is 2 Months Old!

"I'm two months old and starting to smile"

Time is already flying with this little guy.  Changing so much so quickly.

Grant turned a corner this month, and started showing signs that he is getting older (and bigger.)  He started showing us his darling little smile, his dimpled chin has become more pronounced and he even gave us an eight hour stretch of sleep.  He slept from 9:45 p.m. -6:30 a.m. a few nights ago - Joe and I were estatic!

He is very similar to how Connor was at this age - He loves to be held (even more than his brother did), spends a lot of time in his swing,  is a huge fan of the Baby Bejorn and is most content when he is laying on his mommy's chest.  He does not care for his car seat, tummy time or to be put down.

He is warming up to baths, his pacifier and has officially grown out of his newborn clothes.

We are still trying to figure out who he looks more like, and it seems like everyday it changes.  When he's asleep, he looks ALOT like Connor did, but when he's awake, he looks totally different?

Connor continues to take his big brother role very seriously - The other day when Grant was crying in his swing, I looked over, and Grant was covered in all of Connor's cars.  When I asked why he put his cars in the swing, he replied " Gant's sad, so the cars make him better."  Too cute.

Everyday, Grant seems to be getting more and more comfortable with being outside of the "dark hotel" and I am getting better at juggling my two boys. Th fog has finally lifted.

G -Dub, you are a precious little guy and we love having you around.  Thank you for bringing so many smiles into our home.  We are so content with you.
