We had a SUPER "Hero" Halloween

Halloween 2011 - Our Superheroes!

It was decided long ago that Ruby and Connor would be Superheros for Halloween this year.  Once Zoe and Grant arrived, they too joined the Superhero crew.  Connor was very excited to be Superman and we practiced flying, and even put Superman seasoning (aka Lawreys seasoning salt) on his eggs in the morning (so that he's big and strong like Superman.)

 We had a Superhero picnic with the aunties to kick off Halloween, and then had the Candlish's, Bennetts and Gordons over on Halloween night for Chili, cornbread and  Trick or Treating.

To say Connor was excited is an understatement.  He could not WAIT to put on his costume and start knocking on doors. Grant on the other hand, slept soundly through it all.  "Connor, we need to wait until it gets dark" was said about 100 times before we hit our first house.

There is just something about little kids all dressed up - I just love it.   Halloween is becoming one of my most favorite holidays!  Already thinking about next years costumes.
